Low-Medium-High "click" settings on the surface burners correspond to 2,100-BTU, 5,200-BTU and 14,000-BTU, and the Push-to-Turn knobs are large and easy to read. The energy-saving pilotless eletronic ignition disposes of the hassle of re-lighting your pilot flame for the gas oven or griddle burners. The included wok ring is a great feature: Replace one burner grate, and you're ready to wok. The griddle comes complete with a stainless steel cover/work surface which also fits the barbecue grill, a great way to maximize the workspace in your kitchen. The range includes an 11" stainless steel backdrop to protect your walls. The stainless steel griddle is thermostatically controlled for multiple heat settings, and includes a porcelain grease well, which lifts out for painless, quick cleanup. The Gas Convection Oven is 24" wide with an exclusive gas broiler, located below the oven. You can bake and broil simultaneously, and the broiler includs a rack and pan roller, making it easy to get dishes in and out of the broiler without exposing yourself to heat or stooping down constantly. Both ovens feature TurboAirflow convection systems, which can lower your cooking times by as much as percent, in addition to their powerful convention oven modes. Each oven also features commercial-strength, four-position adjustable oven racks, constructed with nickel-plated steel, three in each convection oven. The Electric Convection Oven is also 24" Wide, and the FiveStar range includes a waist-high electric broiler. This FiveStar range has 4" of toe space, which matchers standard kitchen cabinets. Once installed, the range creates an unbroken line from cabinet to range. The small things do count, especially with the professional-quality FiveStar range. The 24" depth fits standard deep base kitchen countres, and the range is designed for zero clearance to cabinets below countertop.
