The FiveStar gas range features four burners, each capable of 14,000 BTU of heat with natural gas, each with a heavy-duty porcelain-covered cast iron burner grate that slides out for easy cleaning. An 11" stainless steel backguard is standard on all FiveStar ranges and cooktops, to keep your kitchen walls clean. The griddle includes a porcelain grease well, which lifts out for easy cleaning, as well as a stainless steel griddle cover that turns the griddle into additional work space when you're not using it. The burners feature Lo-Medium-Hi "Click" knob controls, making it easy to find the heat you want, and each has a push-to-turn safety feature. A wok ring lets use substitute one burner grate for improved results from your wok. The range oven is gas-powered and includes two nickel-plated commercial strength oven racks, with four positions to choose from. You can bake and broil at the same time with the broiler, which includes a porcelain broiler pan and grill, mounted on rollers for easy access. The Turbo AirFlow convection keeps temperatures constant for more even cooking.
